2  Constitution act of 1867, what made Canada it combined four providence’s under the name of Canada  Executive power resides in the Queen.  Parliament consists of the Queen, the Senate, and the House of Commons  Unemployment insurance  English and French can be used in Parliament, and Canada's laws must be in both languages.
