6. We believe it IS. Since the beginning of 1980s,tourism has boomed in Çeşme and in many hotels or tourism companies have been settled here in a very fast pace. The people whose main work was farming sold their land for hotels,shops etc. Most of the green area now has been turned into buildings. Is urbanization a problem in Çeşme?
