January 2013 Lattice Technology, Inc. 1.You can install license files by selecting Start > All Programs > XVL Web Master > License Folder and placing the license files in the folder. Information is cross-highlighted between frames. For example, If you select a part in the assembly tree, the corresponding iteme in the parts list and 3D view are highlighted.

Published documents can play process animations cross-linked to the process list. A Process Planning option license is required to use this template. Process List: List of entire process tree. A Process Planning option license is required to use this template. Process list: Select a process to show its information in other frames. Parts list: Lists all parts in the current process. Tool list: Lists tools and equipment in the current process. Task part view: 3D view of parts in the current task. Settings: [General] tab > File creation You can specify which file will be published to the output folder. 1.Select the template. 2.Check the files to create. If the check box is off, the file will not be created. 3.Check the files to update. If the check box is off, the file will not be updated if it already exists in the output folder. Automatic Process Animation 1/2 Settings: [General] tab > [XVL operations] > Set process animation 1.This option will generate a process animation based on the process tree in the 3D model. 1 When process animation is generated, you can play the animation using the animation playback control. 1.Change the illustration view using the tools on the Main tab. 2.You can use Camera or Snapshot. Choose the camera or snapshot from the list to apply. 3.Set the illustration output parameters on the Output tab. 4.Click OK to generate the illustration. Settings: [Illustration] tab When outputting illustration in batch mode, i.e. without human interaction, the Create Illustration dialog and the Illustration Preview window will not be shown. 1.Select Batch Mode to generate illustrations in batch mode. 2.Specify the illustration quality. 3.Set the camera view for the illustration. 4.Set the illustration settings. 5.Specify the illustration size. 6.Save the settings and execute XVL Web Master to generate illustrations in batch mode. January 2013 Lattice Technology, Inc. 33 Generating Illustrations with Leader Lines Illustration with Leader Lines Illustrations can include automatically generated leader lines. 1.On the Illustration tab, select Leader lines. 2.Set the leader lines parameters. You can specify the positions, values, and size of the leader lines. 3.When creating leader lines, make sure to unselect Notes. 1 2 Index numbers will match the numbers in the parts list. January 2013 Lattice Technology, Inc. 34 Generating Illustrations with Notes Illustration with Notes 1.Make sure to unselect Leader lines. 2.Select Notes and specify the font size. 3.If using snapshots, specify a snapshot that includes the notes that you want in the illustration. 2 Index numbers are generated by the disassembly tree. (Template = Disassembly) 3 Illustration Tab Details Tab 1 You can also generate illustrations with notes. This is useful when generating illustrations based on disassembly trees. Illustration OP
