Exercise help with many things when it comes to health such as: maintaining a healthy weight building and maintaining healthy bone density muscle strength and joint mobility promoting physiological well-being reducing surgical risks strengthening the immune system.

Exercise increases energy levels and increases serotonin in the brain, which leads to improved mental clarity, which makes for a more productive day. Studies have show that people who workout regularly are more productive at work. Improved productivity not only makes you a better worker, it makes things better for everyone in the workplace.

Working out will cause you to have less stress in every part of your life. Exercise produces a relaxation response that serves as a positive distraction He says it also helps elevate your mood and keep depression at bay. Not only you but the people around you benefit from you working out
