2 How to get an event approved financially. Who? Contact the SGA VP of Finance. How? Will be approved only if in class budget range. Be specific. Collect all detailed forms / contracts. When? All requests and forms must be submitted 2-3 weeks in advance before the event. Remember: It takes 2-3 weeks to cut a check.

3 How to register an event. BadgerWeb and Webevent.

4 Click "Campus Life"

5 Click "Center for Student Involvement "

6 Click "Forms"

7 Click on "Click Here"

8 Click "Simple Forms"

9 Scroll down!

10 Fill out & submit!

12 Click on "Webevent"

13 Click here

14 Find location and click it

15 Choose location, click "Go to Calendar"

16 Click "Submit Event"

17 Fill out and submit!
