3 Regionalpolitik Focus on Article 7(2) and (3) What can an EGTC do? “facilitation and promotion of territorial cooperation”  “may carry out specific actions of territorial cooperation”  with financial support from the Union or  without financial support from the Union  “Specifically", tasks may concern the implementation 1.of cooperation programmes (EGTC signs grant letters as managing authority) 2.or parts thereof or 3.of (several) operations supported by the Union through the ERDF, ESF and/or CF (  interregional and transnational cooperation under the IfJG goal)
