5. RESULTS SINCE IMPLEMENTING CHANGES, THERE HAS BEEN A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN REVENUE. IN MAY THERE WAS ONE CHARGE BACK OF $23.00, JUNE NONE, JULY ONE OF $23.00, AUGUST NONE. MORE IMPORTANTLY, LESS EXTRA WORK FOR ME!

7. NEXT STEPS APPLY THIS CHANGE PROCESS TO OTHER AREAS OF THE AGENCY. FOR INSTANCE, THERE HAS BEEN A DECREASE IN CLIENTS COMING TO OUR AGENCY FOR RYAN WHITE SERVICES. FOLLOWING THE NIATX CHANGE PROCESS WILL IMPROVE SERVICE AND REVENUE FOR THIS FUNDING STREAM.
