SOE Achievements Teacher Evaluation = 4.58 (increase over 4.30 last year) Advisement Survey Results = 5.08/6.00 (new instrument, a 84.6% satisfaction with 80% projected; but a decrease in comparison with 2012-2013 rating.) OPAR rating = 4.20 (Increase of 1.13 over last year's rating) PSLO Evaluation = 3.91 (increase of.22 over last year's rating) SCH/FTE =.937 (Increase of.07; goal is 1.00) Fundraising = Banquet $50,180.00 (increased over last year's $30,089.24) Number of Graduates = 167 (increased over last year's 154) Persistence = 78.6% (down from 82.2%) 4
