18 COMMUNITY INDICATORS CONSORTIUM Integrating Community Indicators And Performance Measures 18 Information on results achieved can be used to help: Improve budgeting decisions and the allocation of scarce public resources; Make better policy decisions; Encourage the staff to make service improvements; Provide incentives to contractors and grantees to improve service results;
