10 Highlights of 3 Month PPP t Estimated 3 month Participant Wage budget inserted t 3 month PPP automatically includes expected carry-over from your last PY2011 PPP t Still have ability to adjust hours per pay period – 12 hours per week is the minimum t Access exit activity from PY2011 as you create your 3 month PPP t Number of 3 month authorized positions visible

14 Key Points to Remember About Your Three Month PY12 PPPs t No enrollment expected for any project less than 20 hours or after the DOL July 15 th enrollment freeze t If you decide to begin the PY2012 First Quarter grant at less than 20 hours per week…. 12 hours per week minimum floor across SSAI network – to preserve program integrity 12 hours per week minimum floor across SSAI network – to preserve program integrity Start out at lowest number of hours with hope of being able to increase hours as program year progresses Start out at lowest number of hours with hope of being able to increase hours as program year progresses t Remember to include in your PPP “other exits” participants who will be exiting because they are not waiver eligible and will be reaching their 4 year time limit on SCSEP

16 Next Steps t Next Thursday, June 21st – deadline for you to complete your PY2012 First Quarter project performance plan (PPP) plan on the webtool t Monday, June 25th – deadline by which a Front End Support Team Program Officer will follow- up with you and provide feedback on your PY2012 First Quarter 3 month PPP t If you are reducing hours below 20, then next Friday, June 22 nd is the deadline for you to notify your participants and host agency supervisors in writing of reduced hours starting on Monday, July 2nd
