2. The Story In February 1947, James and Robert Paschal opened a 30 ‑ seat luncheonette at 837 West Hunter Street in downtown Atlanta, GA.

6. The Story Throughout the 1960's, Paschal's was an important meeting place for key civil rights leaders and strategists, including Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and his aids.

7. The Story Thousands from around the world have enjoyed the same home cooked flavor at one of the 2 restaurants which opened inside the Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport in September 1980.
