Enforcement #1 Law Enforcement is the single most important right because without it, all other rights could not be maintained. Our world would be in complete anarchy, as crime and murder rates would rise. Canada is a peaceful and law abiding nation.

Rights and freedoms represent everything given to us as human beings. In terms of protection and safety, this the definitely the second most important right.

Freedom From Torture and Degrading Treatment #3
Torture and Degrading Treatment are inhumane and should never be experienced or tolerated in a democracy. This right protects human dignity and life, ensuring mental and physical health of our citizens.

Freedom From Slavery #4 No person should be apart of slavery, servitude, and forced labour. These are important rights as no should person be owned like a piece of property.

Freedom From Discrimination #5
Everyone is entitled to all rights regardless of race, sex, ethnicity, culture, or religion.

Freedom of Belief and Religion #6
Everyone should have the right to their own religious or spiritual beliefs. The freedom to look up to and pray to your own god without perseution is significant.

Right to Equality #7 The right to equality is important to make sure that every human shall be treated equally regardless of race, culture, religion, ethnicity, or sex.

Equality Rights #8 Creating an equal balance and being able to treat every human equal allows fair elections. This allows Canada to be run so that the majority of people are pleased with the way the government operates.

Fundamental Freedoms #9
This entitles everyone to their own opinion. The freedom of thought, belief, and expression allows Canadians to stand up for what they believe in. This encourages people stand up for their rights.

Legal Rights #10 Legal Rights enables Canadians to remain innocent until proven guilty. This entitles them to a court appearance before sentencing. This right avoids wrongful convictions against innocent Canadians.

Right to Life, Liberty and Personal Security #11
The Right to Life, Liberty, and Personal Security is extremely important. Each human shall have personal security that prevents invasion of privacy.

Right to Social Security #12
Social Security is the right to government assistance for things such as unemployment, sickness or disability.

Right to Education #13 This right allows all Canadians to become educated citizens that can gain knowledge. Knowledge helps people be able to form a perspective and point of view. It is important because it helps us realize our career goals.

Right to Marriage and Family #14
Marriage and Family encourage Canadians to experience love and relationships. This right allows us freedom of choice on whom to marry and starting a family.

Right to Participate in Cultural Life and Community #15
The right to participate in cultural life and community gives Canadians the ability to interact with others freely. Social interaction helps Canadians with happiness and social relationships.
