INDUSTRIAL PARK MISSION Industrial Park mission is to create favorable conditions for the development of small and medium-sized companies Establishing a company or business in an Industrial Park has many advantages, such as: Integrated managing company-developer, which prepares a site, receives all necessary permissions Management familiar with the local business environment Support from municipalities Decrease in expenses of investors and considerable reduction of start-up terms Well developed infrastructure and extensive services

The managing company-developer (the land owner) will offer the tenants such typical services as: Basic infrastructure (energy, gas, water, waste- water treatment) INDUSTRIAL PARK OBJECTIVES A wide range of quality business services including banking, consulting, security and office services, as well as customs administration Assistance in the creation of a supplier network The location of the park will allow it to be supplied by excellent logistics services

Korean Industrial Park will be situated in four areas: Dmitrovskiy District, industrial zone « Orydievo” ( site area - 63 hectares ). The enterprises producing spare parts for consumer electronics manufacturers are planned be constructed in the District Serpukhovskiy District, Banino land site (117 hectares area). The textile and machine building industry enterprises are planned to be built in the District Zvenigorod Urban District Industrial Zone (site area - 6 hectares). Taking into account the location and ecology of the district it is planned to focus on innovative high-end IT companies Ruzskiy District, Dorohovo land site (15 hectares area). Food production and processing industry enterprises are planned be constructed in the District In total on all four sites it is supposed to place more than 30 companies KOREAN INDUSTRIAL PARK STRUCTURE

INDUSTRIAL PARK PROJECT REALIZATION MILESTONES September, 2008 In Seoul, a forum was organized, where the project materials and areas of proposed industrial sites location were presented. The forum was attended by members of the Moscow Region Government and heads of districts, which are supposed for an industrial park companies placement September, 2008 Government of Moscow Region and Ministry of Innovation Economics of the Republic of Korea have signed the protocol about realization of the Korean Industrial Park February, 2009 The joint Work Group has been created, the first session has been spent in in Moscow November, 2010 Completed the main job on land plots registration and transfer into the land category, permitting industrial enterprises construction
