Final remarks Output targets can be:- 1.School-based targets in student learning outcomes and/or 2.Commonly recognised targets, e.g. TSA, HKCEE (a mixture of 1 and 2 encouraged) Points to consider when setting output targets –Manageable –Measurable and observable –Objective matching –Valid
