pro mente OÖ, KunstRaum Goethestrasse xtd AUSTRIA Susanne Blaimschein and Beate Rathmayr As the Team of KunstRaum Goethestrasse xtd an offer of pro mente OÖ we are responsible for project development, implementation and communication of the e-marketing strategies and communication of the branding city of respect. Furthermore we are responsible to contribute the realisation of a trailer about and some support according the stakeholder analyses and press releases for all partners of this Lifelong learning partnership webstart. As a partner we are also responsible to take part of the partnermeetings evaluation and implementation and communication of the results and outcome inside our company, pro mente OÖ

Project year 1: What has been done in the first project year? Liaisons between partners via meetings, email, skype calls and phone calls Identification of project managers at national level and composition of working team within each partner organisation Project detailed timeplan and tasks revision Creation of project logo, a project leafletand a Project website Participation in: Kick of Meeting in Ankara, Turkey, Intensive Training in the frame of the PartnerMeeting in Rimini Italy, Partner Meeting in Tirgue Mures Romania and PartnerMeeting in Siauliua Lithuania Identification of training needs and knowledge according the implementation of the e-marketing strategies, knowledge about e- commerce and fundraising, online-shop creation via PrestaSho Monitoring sessions within project meetings Identification of project stakeholders and needs of the city of respect branding Draft of a webstart trailer including material and informations about the Press releases at local/nationaland EU levels e-marketing and e-commerce activities planning Communication of the content of the webstart project within the own organisation Promotion of the webstart logo within the own organisation via newsletter and homepage of promente OÖ and KunstRaum Goethestrasse xtd, on local level via homepage of pro mente OÖ, KunstRaum Goethestrasse xtd and facebook Feedback according the Project website Definition of a e-marketing and e-commerce strategie within the own organisation Providing a briefing paper about stakeholder analysis for all Partners Definition of stakeholders within the own organisation pro mente OÖ Meetings between staff and clients to inform the about the whole project Monitoring and Evaluation of all activities in the frame of the first and second quarterly feedback including Partner Meetings in Turkey, Italy, Romania and Lihuania Midtermreport submitted and accepted External stakeholders get informed about e-mail, facebook and homepage Video Material about Products, services and statements within the own organisation Mobilities of trainers: 10 Mobilities of Trainees: 12
