5. God has wired you in a unique way.
The same things are true when we try to minister in areas that are not suited to our personality.
God has wired you in a unique way.
That is why it is important that you are matched with the right ministry.

6. 2. Examining My Experiences.
Experiences (good and bad) either make us bitter or better.
“And we know that in ALL things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose”. Romans 8:28.

7. “Now I want you to know, brothers, that what has happened to me has really served to advance the gospel.” Philippians 1:12.

8. One of the things that can help us determine the ministry God has for us is our past experiences (particularly our hurts and problems we’ve overcome with God’s help).  
 Many of us have learned a lot of lessons in the “school of hard knocks”.

9. God never wastes a hurt!
God wants you to be open to ministering to people who are going through what you’ve already been through!

10. “(God)…Wonderfully comforts and strengthens us in our hardships and trials. And why does He do this? So that when others are troubled, needing our sympathy and encouragement, we can pass on to them the same help and comfort God has given us!” (2 Corinthians 1: Living Bible)

The church is not a sausage machine but it is the ideal place for you to find your personal God given ministry.
