ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR TASK GROUP LINKS Sedbury Multi-Agency Group Safer Estates Group County Anti-Social Behaviour Group Anti-Social Behaviour Task Group ASB Unit – Cinderford Police Station Neighbourhood Co-ordination Panels County ASB Group includes representatives from the 6 CDRP’s, police, CPS etc and monitors progress of the LAA targets as well as countywide ASB issues The ASB Unit based at Cinderford Police Station is manned by PC’s Kim Sandman and Sue Smith. They work with various agencies with regards to ASB enforcement action such as ASBo’s. The £25,000 ASB grant is used for enforcement and multi- agency work through this unit. PCSO Sue Pritchard works with the Safer Communities Teams and other agencies with regards to ABC’s (Acceptable Behaviour Contracts). Five panels cover the district and bring together members of these local communities to identify issues of concern and produce SARA plans. The five panels cover Sedbury area, Lydney area, Coleford area, Cinderford area and Newent area. The Sedbury Multi-agency group has been in existence for a couple of years and was set up to help reduce ASB in the area. ASB has reduced in the area and the group continue to meet to monitor the situation and to further improve the area. The Safer Estates group involves Registered Social Landlords who have housing sock within the district. The meeting looks at ways to reduce ASB and promote best practice. Prevent & Deter work Working with young people to prevent them entering the CJS.

FOREST AND GLOUCESTER HATE CRIME & INCIDENTS GROUP LINKS County Hate Crime & Incidents Group Cheltenham & Tewkesbury Hate Crime & Incidents Group County Hate Crime & Incidents Group has representatives from the district groups and meets to discuss county issues and initiatives and share best practice The three district Hate Crime & Incident Groups cover the same areas as the three Police Divisions Forest & Gloucester Hate Crime & Incidents Group Cotswold & Stroud Hate Crime & Incidents Group

Crimes of Local Concern Task Group Includes representatives from various agencies working in the district and at county level. The Forum helps to share best practice, provides a link for information sharing and identifies projects and areas of work. Forest of Dean Road Safety Liaison Group This group is organised by the County Council Road Safety Dept. It includes various agencies as well as elected members and looks at ways to improve road safety.

Substance Action Group (SAG) Includes representatives from various agencies working in the district and at county level. The Forum helps to share best practice, provides a link for information sharing and identifies projects and areas of work. Other County SAG groups Members of the DAAT attend all SAG’s in the county and share information. Each year the DAAT organise a county SAG conference where best practice, training and relevant issues are discussed.
