4 4 © APICS Confidential and Proprietary Are you new to CBAR  What CBAR is:  The C-BAR program is a Chapter Management Program, consisting of two sections:  Section 1: Channel Partner Agreement (CPA)–Requirements  Chapters are required to use the guidelines outlined in Section 1 of the Handbook and the Workbook to report their annual compliance with CPA- Requirements to their District Manager/district staff for evaluation by July 31 of each year.  Section 2: Chapter Benchmarking and Reporting (C-BAR)  Chapters electing to participate in C-BAR must be in compliance with the - Requirements and complete Sections 1 and 2 of the Workbook and submit to their District Manager/district staff for evaluation by July 31 of each year.

5 5 © APICS Confidential and Proprietary Notes  This year Student Chapter minimum standards need to be reported, see July 2014 Leadership Central edition  CBAR Question H7, Did the chapter win an award in the chapter incentive award program…. That’s not Bronze, Silver, Gold, seal.  Use the CBAR chapter Planning Tool as a Metric. CBAR Question H4  12 chapters replied last year stating that they didn’t use a metric to measure.
