Referral Service/Trouble Shooting/General Resource – Work with individual communities/projects to provide advice, counsel, guidance and resources (matching funds; experienced planning and engineering firms; policy formulation; connect to partners and larger greenway/non- motorized context/activity; route selection and best practices; maintenance; troubleshoot unforeseen/unanticipated construction issues, convening, provide project guidance, institutional knowledge)
