Primarily give us a second chance to delegate addresses Assume: ~60 Top Level Addresses ~2000 Next Level Addresses delegated to small ISPs /48 addresses in one TLA for multihoming Result: Your route table has ~60 TLAs, Your customers and subnets, and Routes you incorporate by bilateral agreement
