In kind – staff time; board, working groups, technical and legal Founding Sponsors (early 2011) - $244,000 Grants: Mellon ($45,000); VIVO ($25,000); NSF ScSIP ($260,000); Loans - $1.2 million pledged end of 2011 Loans cover expenses until membership fees start end of 2012/start of 2013
