Thinking sustainable, green, or healthy means making common sense changes to school buildings and operations that help reduce environmental hazards, save money, and improve learning conditions.

The Project 1.Demonstrate how to establish high performance, healthy, sustainable school practices in three different school settings. 2.Develop policy and possible legislation that would make sustainable school practices a foundation of all public schools in Minnesota.

Sustainable Schools Checklist A.Building & mechanical systems audit. B.IPM best management practices. C.Switch to less toxic cleaners and disinfectants.
