5 The benefits of providing good customer service… gaining and retaining customers gaining customer satisfaction and loyalty increasing the chance of repeat business enhancing the image and reputation of a business organisation

6 The relationship between businesses and customers Businesses need customers to buy their goods and use their services Customers need businesses to provide them with goods and services Businesses generate sales and profits from customers Customers rely on businesses to satisfy their needs and wants A happy customer means a happy business!
