R & D and Continuing Improvement These are a part of everyday at Whiting Systems. Cleaning the vehicle at maximum capability with lowest operating wash cost in the fastest time possible is what drives our R & D team. Detergents are vital and equally as important as equipment. Our chemical engineer is working daily to surpass all product capabilities that we and our competitors have today. Our Environmentally Friendly Tornado, Thunder and Rail Brite are excellent products (as good as any I have seen) in which you are currently using. However, we are NOT satisfied. We work to improve. Engineering for Success! ‘working great at start up’ but continual problems thereafter is not acceptable.

Service and Account Management The LifeBlood of our company! No matter how effective equipment and detergents are at startup, we have many moving parts and maintenance is required. Effective communication with minimal downtimes – this is our goal. Service takes second priority to nothing at Whiting Systems! We are pleased with our model of technicians and Distribution Centers based throughout the country. As our business continues to grow, we are expanding this successful model.
