12 Experts suggest that the best way to keep ourselves healthy is to form a good living habit. 1.Less high-fat food wine; Vitamin ABCD supplement 2. Improving relationship with others; live a regular life 3. Ensure that your sleep time: 6~8 per day; better to take a short nap during the break at noon; physical exercise is essential. 4. Relax properly; posture and learning: when you are studying, don’t keep a posture for too long time or it’ll be harmful.
