Relay Race Including: Jumping jacks (x 15) Skipping (x 15) Stairs (x 3 sets) Swiss ball push-ups (x 15) Running Winner is first team to have 10 beanbags

Relay Race Time: 10 minutes Intensity: High (intermittent) Purpose: Raise heart rate and body temperature

Stretching Exercises Leg stretches Shoulder and Triceps Quads Shoulder Back

Stretching Exercises Time: 5 minutes Intensity: Low Purpose: Stretch muscles after warmed up to prevent injury

Activities: Taebo – is an aerobic exercise routine developed from tae kwon do and was one of the first “cardio- boxing” programs. It uses the motions of martial arts at a rapid pace to promote fitness. Total time: 25 minutes

Taebo Time: 25 minutes Intensity: Moderate to High Purpose: to improve aerobic fitness, increase heart rate, improve strength, muscular endurance and flexibility

Activities: Yoga Total Time: 10 minutes

Yoga Time: 10 minutes Intensity: Low Purpose: it affects the whole body, stretching and toning muscles, joints, the spine, and the entire skeletal system
