3 Flexibility The ability to move joints and use muscles through their full range of motion. Helps reduce injuries Stretching, Yoga, Gymnastics, Dance, Cheerleading Dynamic vs Static Stretching

4 Muscular Endurance The ability for a muscle to work against a resistance for an extended period of time Football, weightlifting with high repetitions and low weight, Swimming, Elipitical

5 Muscular Strength The ability of a muscle to exert force for a brief period of time. Weightlifting with high weights and low repetition, pull up, push ups, wall sits, lunges, picking up heavy objects

6 Cardiovascular Endurance The ability of the heart, lungs and blood vessels to deliver oxygen to working muscles and tissues during physical activity for a long period of time. Running, Biking, Rollerblading, Walking, High intensity sports (basketball, soccer, handball)
