2. Lincoln Douglas Debate one on one Format is similar to the 7 th Grade Great Debates. Topic changes every 2 months.

4. Congressional Debate Students compete in a simulated legislative process, debating and voting on the passage of bills and resolutions. For people who enjoying NETWORKING & POLITICKING, as well as ARGUING & RESEARCH.

5. Extemporaneous Speaking » For people who like INFOR INFORMATION & CURRENT EVENTS

6. Interpretation of Literature/Oratory For extroverted types who like to perform. NO CLASS. You receive individual coaching.

9. Format, Costs & Obligations Can sign up for class 5, 3, or 2 days a week. Fees for tournaments are billed to parents Must attend 5+ tournaments Parents are asked to judge at tournaments

10. Bottom Line Time & Work 5+ hours/week 5 Required tournaments per year Tournaments = Saturdays 6am until 11pm It’s challenging to do a Fall sport/be in the school play and succeed But, it’s completely worth it!
