Time Formal Debate - 3 minutes for each constructive speech. - 3 minutes for each cross- examiner. - 3 minutes for each debater who answers the question under cross- examination - Taking a cyclical turn three times. - 1.5 minutes for each speaker, including the supporter and debater.
