6 Purpose of the LCAP: Provide details regarding actions, services and expenditures to support pupil outcomes and performance for all students and target groups. Low-income English learners Foster youth Special Education 6

10 Purpose of Title I: To ensure that all children have a fair, equal and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach proficiency on the Common Core State Standards and assessment. To provide funding to meet the educational needs of low-achieving students enrolled in the highest poverty schools. 10

11 Title I Reservations or Set Asides Required: 20% for Supplemental Educational Services (SES) and Choice 1% for Parent Involvement 10% for Professional Development 5% for Highly Qualified Teachers.007% for Homeless.005% for Private Schools Optional but recommended: 04% Preschool Support 11
