Choose the type of portfolio Collect work samples Collect pictures Collect Anecdotal Notes Assemble Portfolio

Portfolio Plastic sleeves Collection of Children’s Work Markers or Crayons Glue 3 Whole Punch Dividers

Select Portfolio Type Include students name and date of birth Insert work samples into plastic sleeves (the sleeves protect the work) Student and Teacher Assemble Portfolio together
