12 11/12/2015 Mini-project—Stress Management Plan Create a stress management plan for yourself. List current sources of Stress (be specific, you may not have all categories but no less than three). What about them is stressful and why? Please write in complete sentences and paragraphs

13 11/12/2015 Mini-project—Stress Management Plan How do I experience stress? Write about what you do feel and experience. (Emotionally, Cognitively, Physically, ect) List current sources of support in your life. Write about what you do feel and experience. (People, Coping Strategies, Exercise, Diet, Spiritual Solutions, other)

14 11/12/2015 Mini-project—Stress Management Plan Possible Solutions--For each source of stress, list 3 things that you can do differently (think about being proactive) in order to alleviate some of that stress.

15 11/12/2015 Mini-project—Stress Management Plan For each, ask if I can apply the “4As” of dealing with stress: Can I “avoid” this stressor? (How? What’s my reference for this idea?) Can I “alter” this stressor? (How? What’s my reference for this idea?) Can I “adapt” to this stressor? (How? What’s my reference for this idea?) Can I “accept” this stressor? (How? What’s my reference for this idea?) **You are required to use the Template

To whom can you turn for support as a student? What resources did you discovered that you tried or will try? How can I dial down the pressure and move toward feeling content?
