3. Welcome to FASoS Study Information; there are a lot of FAQs here for you to check out, but searching may be quicker.

4. Let’s take a closer look at the Search option in the top left corner of the screen. Let’s say you want to know where and when you can find your Timetable; type in “timetable” in the Search field and press the looking glass icon to start the search. Click on the looking glass icon

5. One of the results found should give an answer to the question. Click on the correct question

6. So, there’s your answer. If the answer given is not satisfactory, you can ask the Front Office by clicking the ‘CONTACT’ button. Click the CONTACT button

7. Fill out the form fields. If you need to send a file as an attachment you can do so, too, using the Browse button. When ready, click the Send button. Your question will be sent to the Front Office and you will receive a confirmation message in your mail. All communication further will be via UM email.
