8. 8 SJVAB and 8-hr standard The SJVAB would be classified as “serious” under the 8-hr ozone standard (based on design value) May be given 2013 attainment date under 8-hr implementation guidance This is insufficient time due to our inability to reduce the number of violations recorded by SJVAB monitors despite substantial precursor emission reductions
