1. Enter service mode and scroll to the Calibrate menu option What is Rider Calibration? This feature enables a rider to calibrate the Watt sensor before every ride, quickly and easily. This is the best way to ensure the most consistent wattage and speed/distance readings for the MPower console. This is how to turn Rider Calibration ON/OFF Activate Rider Calibration 2. Push Light button, display will flash “UP” and the result of the previous calibration below “CALIBRATE” 3. Push Avg/End button until middle display is flashing “RIDER” under “CALIBRATE” and below that will be current setting ON/OFF 4. Push Light button, display will read “RIDER CALIBRATE” and flash current setting 5. Push Avg/End button to change between ON/OFF and push Light button to make selection

2.Push Light button 1. Push any button to turn on console and pedal slowly 3. Hold down red brake knob and stop pedaling 4. Release brake knob 5. Turn brake knob counter-clockwise until it stops, then push Light button to start calibration 6. Wait 7. Ride Rider Calibration

2. Enter service mode and scroll to the Calibrate menu option NOTE: this is how to calibrate the v2 console if Rider Calibration is turned OFF. See Rider Calibration instructions for more information on that feature. If Rider Calibration is turned OFF, this is the required last step when setting up a console for the first time, or when changing batteries in the Watt sensor. 1.Ensure sensors on and functioning --Turn on console by pushing any button and spin the wheel at least one revolution --The Watts display window will start with a display of dashes “- - -“ --Push down on brake knob and hold until the Watts display window changes from dashes to a number (such as 0) V2 Service Menu Calibration Once a number shows in the Watts window, spin the wheel and watch for a Watts > 0. When you see Watts > 0, stop pedals and continue 3. Push Light button, display will flash “UP” and the result of the previous calibration below “CALIBRATE” 4. Push Light button, display will read “RAISE BRAKE THEN PUSH LIGHT TO CAL” 5. Double check that you have raised brake completely UP (counter clockwise) Push Light button to start calibration – Timer will start to count down What Will Happen: After several seconds display will read “PASS” --If timer counts to 0 and result is “FAIL”, push Light button to start Calibration again --If result is “FAIL” several times, exit service menu and re-start from Step 1
