9. What does a megabyte equal? If KB = 1,000 bytes Then MB = 1,000,000 bytes (approx) Mega = 1 million Let’s make another prediction.

10. Back to the Original Question… What does GB stand for? GB = Gigabyte So… KB = 1,000 (thousand) MB = 1,000,000 (million) GB = 1,000,000,000 (billion)
