1 Problem According to Medium Term Frame Work 2005-2010,in Pakistan, every year more than 25 million youth would look for job after leaving their school without completing their Education. These high school dropouts enhances Unemployment Social-unrest Child Labor Political Instability.

2 Skilled and Educated Youth Enhance the Knowledge and Technical Skill abilities of High School dropout to make them productive for the society. Providing Technical Skills and Educational abilities to poor and deserving youth which will help them for selection of sustainable livelihood.

3  By providing Technical Skills and general education abilities to the High School dropout. Which will enable them to be productive for the society and their services can be utilized for the chain action for this change.  A group of 5 student will initiate six month training for 25 trainees (@ 5 trainees / Student). After six month training every trainee will involve in, on payment, repair and maintenance work.

4 Steps for the Solution.  Providing Technical Skills to the High School dropout.  Enhancing General Educational Abilities.  Giving them confidence for Entrepreneurship.  Use their services for continuous change.  Selection of new group.  Involving previous group for repair and maintenance work or the training of new group.

5 Population in the lower income levels would be the major beneficiary. The project have been designed to serve the school leavers, out of school youth, and harness the capability of those educated people who would not get adequate employment. This project will help in Reducing unemployment. Enabling poor and deserving youth to have more options for sustainable livelihood. Eliminating Child Labor. Social stability.

7 Expenses Phase-I (First six months) Amount required for Equipments and Tools= Rs.10000 Amount required for Consumable and Teaching Learning material = Rs.10000 Total for 1 st. Phase =Rs. 20000 Expenses Phase-II (Next six months) Amount required for Equipments and Tools= Rs.15000 Amount required for Consumable and Teaching Learning material = Rs.15000 Total for 2 nd. Phase =Rs. 30000 Grand Total = Rs. 50000 Income Generation Fee from Trainees @ Rs. 250 Per month (less, as compare to Rs. 500 in other institutions) = Rs. 75000 Estimated amount from repair and Maintenance work = Rs. 30000 (50 % as profit) Total Income = Rs. 90000 Savings = Income – Expenditures = Rs. 40000 Shared Facilities with college. Class Rooms, Labs., Workshops and practical trainers.
