1. Excelsior Software’s Pinnacle Gradebook New Web Version: Pinn 7.2 Adult General Education Programs at the Community Schools & Adult Centers January 2009 GENERATING CPC SUMMARY REPORTS

2. From Gradebook/Attendance Views: If you are already logged in to gradebook, go to your ‘HOME’ page

3. From Home Page: Select ‘New Report’ under REPORTS heading

4. New Report: Expand the ‘Other’ Category And Select the ‘CPC Summary Report”

5. Parameters: 1. Select Class Section 2. Select All Students 3. Click on ‘Run Report’

6. My Reports: The report will generate in the ‘My Reports’ view. When it is ready, the status will indicate so. To view the report, click on the report name.

7. CPC Summary Report: The report will open in a new browser tab

8. Print or Save CPC Summary Report: Select ‘Save a Copy’ and navigate to desired location. Select the printer icon and navigate to desired printer. OR

9. Checking CPC Summary Report: Active students will have no WD Date or LDA Inactive students will have an (I), WD Date & Code, and LDA Any LCPs awarded in the class section will be listed under CPCs Earned WD Date and LDA can not be the same (except for last day of term)  Teacher MUST correct either WD Date or LDA C D

10. Checking CPC Summary Report: Purged students (no- shows) will have an (I) and WD date; there should be no WD code, LDA, LCP, or Attend Hours  If there is any data on purged students other than a WD Date, teachers MUST go into gradebook and delete the incorrect data

11. CPC Summary Report: Click red ‘X’ to exit out of report

12. My Reports: To generate another report, click the ‘New’ button.

13. My Reports: To re-print after changes have been made in gradebook, Check Report. Then select ‘Update’ to refresh data in report using same parameters --OR-- Select ‘Delete’ to remove report √

14. Back to Home Page: Click ‘Home’ From the Home Page: Select Desired Action -----OR----- Log Out
