1. Updating your center profile and compliance information online The center's primary contact and executive director each have access to center account information by logging in with their personal email address and password.

2. Log in to the PATH Intl. Homepage using primary personal email address and password Primary contact or executive director’s personal email address

3. Navigate to your account page by clicking on “My Account”

4. Navigate to the “My Information” page Click on center name to navigate to center profile

5. Click here to view and update your center profile

6. Scroll about 1/3 of the way down the page, below contact info renewal info starts Change this date to 1/1/20__ This indicates information has been updated for renewal, Operating budget must be reported, and should be within the appropriate bracket for dues amount paid.

7. This data is collected for use on the PATH Intl. annual fact sheet to show an overview on our membership

8. The disabilities served and activities provided are listed with your center information on the “Find a Center” page of the PATH Intl. website. This helps prospective clients find a center that fits their needs.

9. This information is required for annual compliance. Electronic signatures are accepted by typing in your name. Statement of compliance and insurance information must be updated annually. Be sure to click here to save your changes! Enter the date you complete the form, just like signing & dating a paper document

10. NOTES: 1) The system will time out and log off if left idle. If you need to leave your computer, it is strongly recommended you save and log off to ensure your data is saved. 2) Don't forget to send in your credentialed professionals report, and if applicable,credentialed professionals report medical professional report. All centers must have at least one PATH Intl. certifiedmedical professional report Instructor that is current and in good standing. The credentialed professional Report is required for center compliance. You can use the fillable forms and Submit them via email to kprice@pathintl.org or fax or mail them to thekprice@pathintl.org PATH Intl. office. 3) To avoid a $50 late fee, be sure to submit your payment no later than January 15 of the current year. 4) There is a 90 day grace period on PATH Intl. memberships. Please renew your center membership no later than March 31 of the current year to avoid membership expiration.
