BEST SUITED: Filter By Form provides a mechanism for creating a Filter whenever required as a ‘one-off’ basis, enabling the User to drill down to an exacting requirement. It can search all Records in any Fields specified, using Multiple Criteria if required Unlike Column Filters, it does not require pre-configuring and is consequently quick and relatively easy to use. It is also possible to Retain their Filter Criteria within the Saved Screen Function. DISADVANTAGES: Although an extremely comprehensive Filter, it takes a little longer to format than other Filter Functions. As such, it is best suited to ‘one-off’ requirements. ‘FILTER BY FORM’
