Then trainers must determine the attitudes, knowledge, and skills that are necessary to bring about the desired behaviour(s). CLIENT ORGANIZATION Paying the bill isn’t enough What might the organization do to support participants and ensure opportunities to apply? Training Provider Learning, not just training What might the training provider do to maximize likelihood of transfer of learning (faculty, client services, coaches, program support, learning products, etc.)?
