Issues: From appraisal Issues: From appraisal Delay of two to three months in releasing of funds from the State finance department. Slow pace of construction of Kitchen-cum-stores. Food grains utilization is poor in Jajjar 32%, Kaithal 44% & Gurgaon 47% Low MME utilization and less number of inspections of institutions. Annual data entry of Bhatta Pathashala and NCLP are still pending at master data. Less distribution of IFA Delay of two to three months in releasing of funds from the State finance department. Proposal for Cook-cum-helper engaged in MDM Scheme 33 Approval 2012-13 Engaged by the State Government Additional Requirement 2013-14 37708303660 37708 cook cum helpers were approved by MDM PAB and the state has engaged only 30366 CCH during 2012-13. For the FY 2013-14 the State proposes to engage more 4879 CCH which is under the cap of PAB approval only.

In 2012-13 FY 104 primary schools were merged in existing Primary schools due to low enrollment. Therefore the number of institutions eligible for Kitchen shed is also reduced. 3. Therefore the approval of 3822 of 2012-13 may be reduced to 3729 by deducting 93 units.
