9 FIZZY DRINKS CHEWING GUM SECURITY CHECK = ‘knives, sharp items, paint sprays, items that make noise e.g. whistles are not allowed on the Parliamentary estate’

10 BEHAVIOUR AT ALL TIMES OUTSTANDING SAFETY CONSIDERATE POLITE SUBJECT TO HIGH LEVEL OF SECURITY

11 SAFETY LISTEN & FOLLOW ANY STAFF INSTRUCTION STAY WITH YOUR FORM AT ALL TIMES DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ALONE – STAY WITH AT LEAST 2 OTHERS AT SERVICE STATIONS / THE LONDON EYE /WALKING FROM PARLIAMENT TO THE EYE (tell a teacher if you have no-one to stay with – 1 adult per max 10 students) IF YOU FIND YOUSELF SEPARATED FROM THE GROUP, SHOW YOUR ID CARD TO A SUITABLE ADULT / RING MRS GARDNER ON THE EMERGENCY NUMBER

13 TRAVEL SICKNESS – ensure tablets have been taken / sufficient packed for return journey / STAFF HAVE BEEN INFORMED GENERAL – Ensure staff are aware / clearly labelled spares, if necessary, have been given to staff – NB INHALERS

14 6.30am – WE MUST LEAVE 6.30am & 10pm – NOISE / NEIGHBOURS / PARKING (share cars) CHILD MUST BE COLLECTED AT 10PM – PLEASE NOTE TIME MAY ALTER DUE TO TRAFFIC
