Introduced a more effective way of collecting and recording assessment data so that we can identify the exact key skills that individual children can or cannot achieve. This has enabled us to offer earlier intervention to help make progress; and to further strengthen our reporting to parents Introduced tracking of assessment data in English and maths at the end of each academic year, to ensure that we are on- target for improving our children’s results year by year Re-written many of our policies to establish consistency and ensure all staff are aware of our aims for the curriculum السعي للتميز The pursuit of excellence

Provided further INSET and training for staff to ensure they are aware of the aims of The Sultan’s School and are equipped with up-to-date best practice Introduced individual textbooks for English, maths and science Tracked our children throughout the day to identify changes that could be implemented to make their learning and pastoral provision as strong as it can be السعي للتميز The pursuit of excellence

Enhanced liaison between the Key Stages to ensure that the children leave KG with exactly the skills, knowledge and experiences necessary to equip them for KS1; and that the children leave KS2 with exactly the skills, knowledge and experiences necessary to equip them for KS3 Investigate possible timetable changes for the future, to ensure that time is used most effectively when delivering the curriculum السعي للتميز The pursuit of excellence
