14. Financial Guidelines Each SME (Contractor) should sign a sub- contracting agreement with RTD Partners (Sub-Contractors) who carry out the research work for them. The Coordinator will circulate draft sub- contracting agreement in next few days.

17. Financial Guidelines The pre-finance has been sent to the Coordinator, but due to technical issues had to be sent back to REA. The pre-finance is due to arrive in January-February. Pre-finance has been EUR 635,250 which is 635,250 / 1155000 = 0.55 of the overall requested EU contribution. Hence the prepayment will be distributed proportionally to the total EU contribution to each partner
