The M69 Grenade is used for American training, to simulate the M67 grenade. When detonated, it releases a small puff of white smoke. The 'explosive' is replaceable. Therefore, it does not offer realistic trainings
The M69 training grenades might cause injuries or accidents during training as the body is made of steel sphere.
It can cause environmental pollution if used grenade bodies are not collected after trainings.

Realistic Training : The M69G blast just like the M67 grenade. The M69G can be thrown about 30m by the average soldier. It has a 4-5 seconds fuse that ignites explosives inside a round body made of soil.

The body is made of naturally degraded material and after an explosion there is no need to clean up the range.
After explosion, broken bomb bodies are naturally degraded.
Fuse body is made of biodegradable starch.
Bomb body made of soil and mineral materials, So when you throw it onto the field the body will be broken and will lose its shape by absorbing moisture or water surrounding them.
Fuse body is also made of Starch, So it will be biodegraded after throwing.
