5 Supply chain Buying activities –Supply Chain set up in 3 States – Edo, CRS & Rivers –46 Focal people trained in Cross River State, buying continues in 37. 18 in Rivers and 20 in Edo States –2 Novella field officers per State visiting communities –25 tons achieved so far – 20 (CRS), 2.5 (Edo), 1.0 (Riv) Logistics –Focal people equipped with scales, needles, ropes, Banners, Bags, etc –1 store in Edo. 1 in Ikom, CRS, Negotiating for other stores Processing –Still under negotiations Very lean structure for supply chain team
