1. PARTICIPATION AND FINANCING

2. The participation in the SERN pre-school staff Exchange project is open to all the organizations that are members of the Sweden Emilia Romagna Network. http://www.sern.eu Participation In The Project

3. Participation The participation in the project requires three steps  1— The agreement is formally accepted by the SERN member institution through a letter of commitment addressed to the Network Secretariat

4. Participation  2— The municipality shall: - identify a contact person within the administration or the schools that will keep the contacts with the coordination group - identify the preferred session of the exchange - identify the participants - send the participation form to the Coordination Group or to the SERN Secretariat

5. Participation  3– Payment of the fees for the collective costs of coordination (currently at 155,00 € per participating teacher/year)

6. Costs Directly Related To The Exchange Hosting Organization Sending Organization Collective costs for coordination preparation costs travel between the two countries, meals contribution to hosting families or accommodation local transports

7. Costs Related To Evaluation And Dissemination Annual evaluation and dissemination seminar  The costs concerning accommodation, meals and interpreting for the annual evaluation/dissemination seminar are shared among the organizations of the hosting country. The costs for travel to the venue of the seminar are covered by the participating organizations.
