S HORT - TERM G OALS Involving and encouraging student participation and practicing student- centered learning instead of teacher- centered learning. Develop alternatives to enhance pupils creative writing and comprehension skills enabling them to learn and retain rich vocabulary (e.g. through flow chart writing). Maximizing the use of technology, to support development of lessons. Developing proficiency in English, both oral and written. 3

Parents may not approve of the new methods Availability of Computer Lab Availability of subject specialists/ coordinator for feedback. Approval from the Head and Principal after a detailed discussion Conduct a meeting with the parents informing them about the benefits of the new approach. Also mention the negatives and how they can be countered. Take their feedback. integrating the curriculum with the ICT curriculum.
