5. 5 Pre-planning Questions What are normal conditions? What are the warning signs? What happens when a disaster happens? What is the impact going to be? How is this emergency going to affect us? What is the recovery phase? How are we going to communicate?

6. 6 Meeting Place and Shelter Where is meeting place in case of a fire? What would you do in case of a tornado? Do you know the signals/codes? What is to be done with patients?

7. 7 Who needs a plan? All employers need a plan! If <10 employees:  Plan does not need to be in writing  Can communicate the plan orally

8. Training for EAP All employers must train employees in emergency planning each year! Provide CPR/First Aid for employees Fire drills, tornado drills, lock down drills, help prepare for disasters 8
